This colourful vintage Sadler teapot is mid-yellow with white flowers decorated on an ivory ground and complemented by a speckled deep-honey coloured lid.​​​​​​​

Founded in 1882, Sadlers of Burselm, Staffordhsire, were famous for their Brown Betty teapots which were joined in the 1930s by their striking range of teapots which came in the shape of automobiles.

Approximate dimensions : 6" / 15cm high to top of lid.

There is a small hairline to the inner top of the rim and a pinprick depression at the base of the spout and are mentioned for accuracy.

A most attractive and practical piece from the 1960s/70s era.
