Pretty meat plate and cake/sandwich plate from Adderleys. Sprigs of grapes burst out and stand proud from the white bone-china surface of these delightful pieces.
Adderley Ltd. was based at Daisy Bank Pottery, Longton - one of the Staffordshire Potteries.
The pattern bears a remarkably similar look to that used on a range of items produced by another Staffordshire pottery - also of Longton - Sampson Smith Ltd's, Wetley China.
